MALIN BERGSTRÖM

Malin Bergström (f. 1980) är en Stockholms-baserad konstnär och illustratör. Hon skapar collage som antyder på att de kan verka parallellt med den naturliga världen, men inte nödvändigtvis korsa. Kraftigt inspirerad av astronomi, geometri, vektorrum, linjära rum och matriser, kommer hennes arbete ofta ut i experimenterande med former och texturer. Medans Malin sätter upp system, kan denna serie av konst likna abstrakta representationer av komplexiteten i vår egen galax och parallella världar.

Förutom att hon studerat på Konstfack - hantverk och design, i Stockholm, är Malin även utbildad i illustration och grafik vid Parsons School of Design, New York.
